Austrorhytida capillacea (Common Southern Carnivorous Snail)

This native snail lives under logs or in deep litter in dry woodland and forest and sometimes in suburban gardens. Shells are up to 2.8cm wide. It is carnivorous and feeds on other snails and small invertebrates.
