The carapace looks flatter than would be expected for Hadronyche, so I will say that this one belongs to the Atrax genus.
Looking at the range, Atrax robustus (Sydney funnel web) is the most likely

I think this is Molytria vegranda juvenile, it was found with winged adult specimens of what I think is Molytria vergranda based on A Guide to the Cockroaches of Australia by David Rentz p82.
The species also fits the known distribution.
