Fisera perplexata is a quite variable species it seems, but quite a few examples I see online have a light centre to the dark wing spots as can be seen in this sighting.

Given there is no close match I can find in Loweria (genus), I instead suggest Amelora (genus).
This is because the closest match I could find to this sighting is Sighting No 4474673 .
