No, examination of image at higher res than what is possible here indicates to me that what you can see is a misplaced scale/hair like all the others between the eyes

Having had a dig around I think we can go further than this, this might be a member of the genus Australymexylon. There are two spp. recorded in Australia. There are photo records for A. australe on Inaturalist and this taxa has more than a passing resemblance to these see https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/1159906-Australymexylon-australe
