The fifth image shows what I understand is the anterior thoracic spiracle, which provides oxygen to the damselfly’s wing muscles and brain. It's usually hidden from view behind the head/eye structure, but is visible in this view. The Damselfly was at rest and the spiracle was closed in this view.
