The fungi were growing in an area that had been burnt last year. The second photo shows the patch of moss (mostly Funaria hygrometrica) in which I collected the specimens.

Could be one of the blackening species, but with the blackening having just started. There are some black tinges on the edge of the cap and, if it is a blackening species, over time the black colour would spread.
