I have not seen a caterpillar with this form and colouring before. I do hope you have it in protective custody and can rear it to the adult moth for identification. I fancy that I see one pair of prolegs besides the claspers, so it could be in Geometridae, but without a lateral view showing the prolegs for sure, I cannot be sure.
