I was both happy and sad with these photos. I spent hours pouring over these plants looking for insects etc. When I saw yet another jumping spider with a flying insect nearby I retrieved my camera and tripod but by the time I set up the flying insect had left so I focused on the spider. Only then did I realise that it was now eating the flying insect I had been trying to photograph all morning.
