Juglans nigra. I couldn't identify this tree until I saw fruit on it. That led me to walnut and I thought it was Juglans ailantifolia, as the only one with similar leaves in ALA. Since then I have found that Juglans nigra was planted as a street tree in Canberra and I have matched it with trees in Hurley St, Mawson.
