User's notes

Survey conducted between 11:05 and 11:55. I noticed this time that there were some flowering leptospermum bushes at the edge of the suyvey patch, hence many more insects. The 29 photographed sightings are at https://canberra.naturemapr.org/collections/sightings/11675 and include bees- 15; Wasps - 4; Flies - 4; Beetles - 4, Butterfly - 1; Midge -1 . In the unphotographed sightings: for bees I only counted 15 solitary bees - no idea of species; The two beeflies were small and striped; There was a variety of wasps including several different parasitic wasps; The butterfly was a common brown, The two flies where green soldier flies.
