Lentinus fasciatus (Hairy Trumpet)
The fruit body consists of cap atop a stem and has a leathery texture, The circular cap is brown, densely hairy, up to 5 centimetres in diameter, has a central depression and slightly inrolled margins. The gills are brownish.
The stem, a few centimetres long, is brown and densely hairy.

Found on dead wood in a variety of habitats.
