Leptozestis toreutica (Cosmopterigidae)

The adult moths have dark brown forewings which each a wide white band at the base, and two other partial off-white bands, and also several orange spots along the hind-margin, and some elevated tufts. The hindwings are pale fawn. The head and thorax are white. The wingspan is about 1 cm.
