No, this is a Proteuxoa sp. Athetis tenuis does not have a reniform mark, instead it has 3 dots (not all, always, clear) in that vicinity; it also lacks the pale obicular spot, it has a dark one with a pale border. Its wings are narrower and at rest held more wrapped around the body, not flat like this moth. BUT IT DID take me years, if not decades of frustration before I got my 'eye in' to be able to see this.
