@donhe Hi Don - I am not convinced that this is Praxis marmarinopa as everywhere I have looked, photos of Praxis marmarinopa have it resting with the wings spread and this one didn't rest with its wings spread. Also, it was smaller than any Praxis I have seen.

True, but I have so far been unable to find that type of wing pattern on any Nolidae, or Tortricidae or Lithosiini etc which do rest like that and are the right size. Clutching at straws.

The wing pattern to me suggests a Noctuid moth, but no luck so far. Very large eyes.

I don't see the distinctive white, bi-lobed reniform spot or the white-rimmed orbicular spot of E. horologa here.

Not convinced on E. horploga either - wrong size, pattern and resting pattern but thanks for suggestions :)
