perianth is hairy - so perhaps H teretifolia (except no sign of divaricate branching). Young shrub: crowded by adjacent older shrubs of leptospermum

Doesn't strike me as H.teretifolia which I have always thought of as a plant of coastal heath. I would think H.microcarpa if around a dam

Just to complicate things:
PlantNet gives H. Teretifolia as occurring also on the ranges to Braidwood area ( this observation was just southwest of Braidwood): and perianth for H. microcarpa is glabrous.
