Recorded in May, so right time of year for Oxycanus (genus) I don''t think its O. stellans because the male antennae don't match the visual key in Moths of Victoria (Part 6). These antennae show rami much longer on one side of the midriff compared to the other. In the key O. stellans antennae are shorter, even length and yellow. Could be O. antipoda or O. janeus but the key does not cover all Oxycanus possibilities.
