Hard to be sure what family it is without seeing the head mouthparts (palps?) clearly.

Interesting recording this well known pest of horticulture, the Codling Moth, on Bursaria spinosa. Assuming it is C. pomonella, it's features are not as distinct as i would expect, but they do correspond,

according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codling_moth the adult moth can feed (clearly this article reference artificially raised moths - diluted honey and molasses are not common in the wild) Suggestion based on dark colour, shininess, body shape and posture.
