I looked at Moths of Vicoria's guide to distinguishing these two species (Part 9). I think this is P. hypochahchis (male) because the reniform mark is a 'bar' and not a chunky 'horseshoe. Also there is white present adjacent to the reniform mark and there is none present in P. tibiata. There is a brown mark present midway along the reniform mark in either males of these two species.
