User's notes

I took a soil sample from one of our project sites (The Fair); so far 2 local species germinated (along with a couple of exotics which were most likely present in my garden soil): Epilobium (these photos) and Geranium solanderi var. solanderi. The Epilobium are many-branched and almost prostrate, the tallest erect stem is 350mm but all other are <=300mm. I do not understand the difference between the Variable and the Hairy which are listed under the same subsp name. I think it is either the Variable or the Hairy Willowherb.

There isn't one, it is a duplicate entry.
