Yes, Ancylis (genus) does look likely, there are several species with southern distributions which look similar on forewing pattern. A side-on view would have assisted ID. Although I cannot see the thin black line near the trailing edge of the forewing which a few species seem to have,

Given the diversity of possible similar looking species I think we would be justified in creating an Ancylis (genus) category to cater for these species.
