According to the visual key in Moths of Victoria (Tortsigina Group), Part 9, this corresponds with P. chrysospila because the reniform mark is, 'blunt, solid and undivided' (i.e not divided into two lobes).

I think this is the same as the many records that CNM already has of P. undescribed nr paragypsa. See comment on that species page.

P. paragypsa also has pronounced dark tegulae forming a definite "T" shape from above. This one has thin dark lines in keeping with P. chrysospila. The reniform is not that broad and you could argue that there's a bit of a tail but everything else seems to point to P. chrysospila to me.
