I couldn't match it convincingly to any of the Moths of Victoria (Part 9) named ot un-named species.

I agree the forewing pattern is similar to P.microspila, but it has a quite plain thorax, without the distinct panels and markings I see in examples of that species.

I think the double wavy ante-medial forewing lines match those in Hampson's drawing rather well, and I think the thoracic markings are variable, and this one is a blonde.
