A group of conifers planted in a triangle with dozens of young recruits under the canopy of the older planted conifers and a few recruits in the wider vicinity. This is the first time in 10 years that I noted recruitment of the planted conifers at the Fair; most likely the result of several LaNina events in a row and rabbit management in the area.
