Liam, from the leaf and what I can see of the flower I believe this is T. brevifolia. It would be nice to see closeups of the column from different directions to be sure as it is the different leaf shapes and configurations plus the column with its different bits such as the post-anther and the column arms variations that help determine these difficult to identify species.
The leaf looks more like along pauciflora lines to me than brevifolia. The last photo could well be pauciflora, but a little hard to see the details as Derek says
