This is a tentative suggestion. Looks similar to Nephogenes graphica, see https://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:biodiversity.org.au:afd.taxon:4dea1592-bb8d-4848-aa0d-6be0d0a8d7f5 but probably different again and even more dissimilar to the other Nephogenes sighting on CNM, see https://canberra.naturemapr.org/species/47264 .
The photos at http://lepidoptera.butterflyhouse.com.au/chez/graphica.html show N. graphica to have a variable pattern of brown spots, and I think this specimen is within the range of the variability.
My 'Moderator Alerts' momentarily told me donhe had confirmed this sighting as 'Nephogenes (genus)' (then disappeared from the drop down list). But I do not see donhe's confirmation here against the record itself.
