This appear to be an Arcyria obvelata, easy to identify in the field from its rather crowded, highly elastic capillitium that is, netting, yellowish to buff in colour. It has a very short stalk with a shallow cup or calyculus and the netting is easily detached. A fairly common and cosmopolitan species.
