The erect scales are along the hindmargin, indicating Epermenidae.

I think Don is right re Epermeniidae. From memory the palpi also are a good match.

According to A Guide to the Moths of Australia (Zborowski and Edwards 2007) larvae have been reared from two local common species: (cherry ballart) Exocarpus cupressiformis and blackthorn (Bursaria spinosa).
