The palpi rule out Lecithoceridae. There is a small undescribed Tritymba species that has been recorded on Black Mountain in the past. Tritymba are under bark feeders like Ogmograptis, but deeper down so the marks are not readily seen.

Yes , I thought the palpi didn't look quite right for Lecithoceridae, but had no alternative.
