I think the excdellent head shot showing the fine detail of the male antennae support O. rufescens.

There is an identical photo on on Lepidoptera Butterfly House for the male of the species. Moths of Victoria (supporting disc to part 6) provide a photographic key for Oxycanus spp. largely based on photos of the antennae of both males and females. I think this corresponds with the male O. rufescens.
