Photos of the species on iNaturalist show the darker colouration on the torus visible here.

It's more likely to be Edosa ochracaea, which has been well recorded on Black Mountain in the past. I think the appearance of dark cilia on the tornus are is much affected by photo angle and lighting as by the specimen itself.
