Watched one crawl down a leaf, turn around and 'do its business'. About 90 minutes later I checked the tree and this beetle was now being mated, perhaps by one of the other two I had seen earlier. Also a number of larvae present, which I suspect are the same species (separate sighting).
The same species was again present a week later and there are now at least five clusters of eggs.
