The deeply pitted pronotum with patches of dark shading along vertex (back of head) & the splatter of colouring along the lateral pronotum (sides of thorax) extending from the elytral coloured lines are better suited to Calomela vittata.

Found some today- only leaf beetle found on a bunch of eucs at home and found larvae that does look like P. Cloelia but maybe Ill send to you so you can see what you think?

Tree will recover. Leaf Beetle and Sawfly larvae rarely kill trees and are an essential part of the ecology. Food sources for many other species.
