Martin Lagerway, a leaf beetle expert, has identified this beetle as Paropsisterna agricola. He elaborates on its ID in the following facebook post: " This is Paropsisterna agricola. The elytra can be grey as in this one or yellow/green. It always has a brighter region near the base of the elytra, near the scutellum, and two black marks on the pronotum. The delightful red skirt is teneral and temporary." Thanks Martin and Alison
