I'm not sure this is Capua intractana. It was a somewhat larger moth and it was not sitting as flat as the Capua intractana moths usually do.

OK. Thanks. Very worn, There are also several other photos called C. contractana which are somewhat doubtful but likely too. We can revert back to Torticideae after review later.
