I was thinking Paropsisterna nobilitata but after the comments I made on the Paropsisterna gloriosa sighting yesterday (has four yellow dots on the elytra. The rear pair extend outwards and backwards diagonally extending to the yellow vitta (stripe) along the side of the cell of the elytra. The yellow regions touch, or nearly so) I think this is Paropsisterna gloriosa. The rear yellow dots do nearly touch.
