Looks like the the near side wings are stunted and have not properly formed and dried after emergence from the pupa.

Hindwing margin shape too rounded for M. convecta which has a sinuous margin.

I think the dark streak at the apex on the good (far wing) doesn't fit with Arhodia. I am thinking Hadeninae or Heliothinae.

Looking at this again this morning, I think the red on the moth is probably artificial. How did it look to the naked eye Aaron, particularly the exposed hindwing?

Hi guys, sorry yep I think my phone camera has done some kind of post processing. The moth wasn't red at all. I didn't even notice and we were working on naturemapr all day yesterday so I never noticed it ;)

Disregarding the red colour I think the hidwing matches M. convecta too.
