Looking at Nechilo macrogyna on the ALA the palps look to be too short and this specimen lacks the fine pattern of markings which seem to be present on most examples of the species seen there.

The palps are sagging in some BOLD photos, so not so evident in dorsal views. I agree about the absent details. Not much trace of a pale wavy postmedial line either. I was thinking it was maybe a bit worn, and tired, so it let its palps sag.
