Assuming its a plume moth (Pterophoridae family), with the abodomen bent under the thorax and out of sight, the wing tip shape suggests Hellinsia balanotes- an introduced moth from the USA, but the inner trailing edge of the forewing seems to lack a dark edge (bent out of sight?) which is expected for that species.
