Looked at all the genera of Carposinidae in iNaturalist, & ALA and only Bondia was a fit. Most of the images are of B. nigella, but this specimen doesn't have the distinctive crescent-shaped marks on the wings. The images in ALA of the other species are all plain-looking, like this one, so can't work out the species.
