If my proposed ID is correct then this is a seldomly recorded species based on what I can see online. See https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?taxon_id=1074989 https://bie.ala.org.au/search?q=Proteuxoa+leptochroa http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?searchMenu=taxonomy&query=Proteuxoa+leptochroa+&taxon=Proteuxoa+leptochroa+ I see no records for this species in the ACT online. P. piliocrossa looks similar, but records of that species are from WA and Tasmania, not NSW or Victoria.

Proteuxoa leptochroa has been found in NSW and Vic, so it is reasonable that it occurs in ACT.
