This indeed looks the same as the Victorian species at https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/157d1436-5c7a-4d1b-aa3d-5293d915af8e, having the same very dense pitting of the elytra and the same colour, including the white scutellum. But it is not the same as the shiny black CNM Eleale that I have been calling E. simplex.
