The hairs do not appear to come from the pale verrucae characteristic of Anthelidae larvae.
I think this is more likely a Thaumetopoeinae larva

The absence of long white hairs suggests that this is Epicoma melanosticta (not Epicoma melanospila), however CNM will not allow me to suggest this as a Missing Species !!!
