Very active, moving around the wall and constantly changing direction.

The two dorsal coloured glands on the penultimate segments put it in Lymantriinae, but it is not one that I recognise.
Can you take it into protective custody and rear it to get the adult moth?

Unwise to touch it. It could be variant of Euproctis edwardsii.
