Not Podoscypha. Perhaps a Cantharellus, given that, where the underside is visible, it appears gill-like.

I looks a lot like a species of Cantharellus we see up our way. I've had this genus fertile surface range from smooth to gill-like. Had the smooth one confirmed by Bart Buyck in France because it looks so different!
