I have just processed two more photos, taken with an inferior camera but which came out better, which may help in the identification.

I still think it might not be a species of Triplectides. The wings are rather narrower than most Triplectides species. It could be a species of Notalina, another rather common genus in family Leptoceridae. But very hard to be certain from photos.
