I suggest this specimen looks closer to Agrotis munda given the strong T -shaped linear pattern on the thorax, the orange spots near the base of the forewing and the smaller wings spots with white borders connected by the black bar in the mid forewing area. I think a Bogong Moth is more likely to have a plain thorax, no orange spots and I think the wings spots connected by the main wing bar are usually larger and grey often without white margins.
