Private property. No public access without permission. The head was out until I went to get my camera... then it got shy! It was gone when I came back a short time later to try again.
It could be a Tineidae. We need to see the head and thorax to distinguish them. C. leucotelus have a black and white pattern, Tineids have plain dark brown head with a one or more dark brown collars.
