I think the unidentified is a species of Paropsisterna. I have had a look on the internet but not found anything similar. Chris Reid may know. However its larvae are too small to be connected to the above
The unidentified has been confirmed as a Paropsis and I have Identified it as P. obsoleta from pictures on the internet. There are pictures of larvae similar to the above as P. variolosa.
