In a photo with only flower buds and no open flowers it is essential to get good 'in focus' closeups of the leaves. Your depth of field is too shall to do this. If the leaves have very sharp (pungent) points, it should be Melichrus urceolatus. They are not in good enough focus to tell. I suggest you wait till the flowers open and take another photo of it then.

These plants have a dense and very prostrate form, much "greener" and softer than Melichrus urceolatus, but do have points. I agree that I should have added a photo with the leaves in focus but this photo was meant to draw attention to a feature of Acrotriche serrulata, that it flowers and fruits on old wood concealed at the base of stems. I had to hold the foliage back with one hand to reveal this feature, while holding the camera in the other. I think a hairclip for this job might be a good addition to my back pack so I can concentrate on taking better photos :-)
