After online searching I haven't been able to get a closer match than A catacris. Best images of A. catacris are of course from Moths of Victoria Part 5. There are also three specimens on Bold Systems 4. A. catacris is described as a distinct high alpine species (i.e Falls Creek, Bogong High Plains etc in Victoria) and at Guthega (Bold Systems 4). The MoV images however show only a blackish single line across the forewing with distinct black and white spotting, however this specimen shows double black lines across the forewing and the spotting is much less apparent. None of the unnamed species of Amelora on Bold Systems 4 or in Moths of Victoria seem to match this specimen. If this is an Amelora sp. perhaps it is an as yet unrecorded species found at lower altitudes in the ACT. Pyralidae perhaps?
I was distracted by the colours picked up by the lighting in the main photo. They don't show up in dry specimens, which are much easier to match to the fourth photo.
